You can see your webpage google page rank with google tool bar ( free) . The rank start from 0 to 10. 10 is the highest. If your Page Rank is more than 5 , you are getting good search engine rank and have high link popularity.
Also whenever you open the other website, you can check the page rank ( called PR) of the site. New sites are usually 0.
If you have just built your website, you need to wait until next google update. Google usually update once every 3 to 4 months.
In Alexa.com 's traffic rank, you can also know the site popularity. The traffic rank start from 1 to no data. 1 is the highest and it's always Yahoo. Normaly, new site is start from " no data".
